My Father/My Hero.

You left so fast that I didn't get a chance to
tell you all of the things I wanted you to know;
like how much I love you,..you were my Best
Friend, My Father. (My Hero.)

You were a Big Man with a Heart of Gold;
who was always there when I needed an ear
to listen, or a hand to hold.
Stronger than an Ox, yet gentle as a Lamb.
Someone who held me up when I was Down,
and finally gave me the Strength to stand.

All of this (and so much more) I just want
you to Know. My Father, My Rock, My
Best Friend.
